FPBA worked with BMR to create a flexible multi-tenant layout that could accommodate between 2-8 tenant suites of various sizes. Some areas were returned to shell condition and some were built out as speculative lab and office space. This provided opportunity for BMR, as some suites were open for customization and others were “move-in ready.”
The lobby was expanded and opened up to benefit from an existing skylight. A new passenger elevator was wrapped with a monumental staircase. Modern, elegant finishes of wood, stone and stainless steel were employed to bring the property up to Class A standards. Common amenities including new showers, an executive conference room and a fitness room provide tenants with benefits often found in a campus setting.
