With the rapidly growing population of Menifee, City Hall has become undersized to house the staff required. FPBA was hired to provide a needs assessment report that addresses all department requirements for a multistory City Hall to be located in the Menifee Town Center. The future Menifee City Hall will include, but will not be limited to the following: All departments housed at the current City Hall, Community Services Department; One-stop Building Department, vault for file storage, Emergency Operations Center; traffic monitoring, City Council Chambers with broadcasting capabilities, secure area for parking City vehicles, and associated utility spaces.
FPBA will provide conceptual site analysis including building orientation and massing, connection to the future City park and pedestrian bridge, and parking studies. Building programming will include projected departmental growth over the next 20 years, departmental adjacencies and strategic planning for leasing opportunities prior to the full occupancy of the City of Menifee staff.
