Design/Build Team Ferguson Pape Baldwin Architects and C.W. Driver joined forces to design and construct the School of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences at San Diego State University. Through the design build process, our team assisted the University in meeting their LEED goals by identifying components of the existing building that can be reused during the renovation. The renovation of the existing classrooms and lab spaces require transformation to undergraduate, masters and doctoral level students in speech-language pathology, communicative sciences, audiology and American Sign Language/deaf studies.
Fast-tracked for completion in 6 months, the FPBA and C.W. Driver Team Driver successfully completed the 28,000 SF, two story renovation. The perfect home for teachers, students and people with hearing disabilities to instruct, research, learn and improve their way of life.
