What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
Outside of work I really enjoy staying active at the gym and playing sports such as soccer and basketball. I am also very interested in woodworking, metal working, and I’m constantly coming up with new designs for furniture and other household amenities. This challenges me to learn about the small details in construction connections and finishes.
Where is your favorite travel destination?
My most memorable travel experience has been a five week solo backpacking trip across 9 countries and 15 cities in Europe. This adventure dared me to look at life differently and to venture outside of what is familiar and comfortable. The idea of traveling with no plan and completely alone is very liberating and I challenge everyone to experience this feeling.
