What’s your favorite building and why?
Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku, Azerbaijan, designed by Zaha Hadid. The design of it and the free form surface is so interesting and eye catching. The shell of the center is made out of a steel frame and glass fiber reinforced concrete panels that are concealing the vertical supports within the walls. This building puts the city on the architectural map, and it looks to the future with its unusual design and details.
