Where is your favorite travel destination?
Some of my most memorable vacations have been to Big Sur on California’s central coast. I fell in love with this area while on my honeymoon. The diversity of wilderness, and the people who frequent the area drew me in from the start. Big Sur solidified its place as my favorite destination during my annual group camping trip where we were fortunate enough to see the recently decommissioned space shuttle fly overhead on the back of a transport plane. This was a once in a lifetime experience that I was fortunate enough to share with my closest friends.
What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
Music is one of my passions in life. After years of playing guitar I evolved that skill into playing Ukulele. This is something I enjoy doing with my family and friends, and I look forward to teaching my children how to play. Recently I started building my own instruments, and this has increase my level of appreciation for the amount of work that goes into making each ukulele.
