What is your favorite building and why?
The Brihadeeswarar Temple in Tamil Nadu, India is hands down my favorite engineering marvel. Setting aside its religious aspect, it amazes me that a 216 feet tall temple tower was built over a thousand years ago- at a time with little to no modern technology or architectural tools. Its sheer scale, precision, and detailing are unmatched. It grounds me and reminds me that craftmanship and vision can transcend centuries.
What is your favorite travel destination?
I love travelling and have been fortunate to have visited 21 countries so far. New Zealand remains my favorite- it has the comfort of Switzerland, just not that much snow. The serenity, calm, the freshness in its air and water make it the perfect reset for both mind and soul.
