Description of Responsibilities: Assist in responding to Requests for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQs/RFPs) with compelling graphics and content Assist in the strategy and preparation for interviews and presentations Write and design engaging promotional content including social media, press releases, and announcements Create and organize marketing materials including brochures, project sheets, resumes, and related collateral Update and maintain project information database Update and maintain company website content Coordinate project photography Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism 1-3 years of marketing/communications-related experience Skills & Characteristics: Strong professional written, verbal, and graphic communication skills Knowledge and experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and work independently as well as in team environments under tight deadlines Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO is a plus Experience working in the A/E industry is a plus If you feel you align with our core values and are excited to contribute to our mission, we would love to hear from you!
