Portside at Oyster Point Campus Site Redesign

FPBA is working with Healthpeak and PMA, Inc. to revitalize Portside at Oyster Point, a 10-building campus in South San Francisco, into a distinguished environment that fosters collaboration and discovery.

The site is undergoing a comprehensive redesign to establish a connection with another Healthpeak campus across the street. Upgraded signage and enhanced building entries provide a modern and cohesive look throughout the campus. A mix of lush landscaping, walkways, and seating areas create a haven for campus tenants. Wind studies informed the design of architectural elements for wind screening and tree placement, ensuring functionality and comfort in the waterfront climate.

Outdoor cubby-style workspaces provide versatile meeting environments, while a putting green and pétanque court offer top-notch recreation for a midday break.

The team also recently completed interior improvements for 1140 Veterans Boulevard, including lab-office tenant suites and amenities.
