FPBA partnered with Healthpeak and PMA, Inc. to revitalize Portside at Oyster Point, a 10-building campus in South San Francisco, into a distinguished environment that fosters collaboration and discovery.
The team designed flexible lab-office tenant suites for 1140 Veterans Boulevard, as well as an enhanced lobby, state-of-the-art fitness center with locker and shower facilities, all-hands meeting room, phone rooms, and common corridors. A custom graphic wall in the main corridor aids wayfinding, leading to the all-hands meeting room and fitness center.
The site is also undergoing a comprehensive redesign to establish a connection with another Healthpeak campus across the street.
