FPBA partnered with Healthpeak and PMA, Inc. to revitalize Portside at Oyster Point, a 10-building campus in South San Francisco, into a distinguished environment that fosters collaboration and discovery. The exterior transformation spanned the full campus, elevating the arrival experience and unifying the property’s identity across all 10 buildings.
Within 1140 Veterans Boulevard, the team also delivered flexible lab-office tenant suites, an enhanced lobby, a state-of-the-art fitness center with locker and shower facilities, an all-hands meeting room, phone rooms, and common corridors. A custom graphic wall in the main corridor aids wayfinding, leading to the all-hands meeting room and fitness center.
